How do I book an appointment?

We offer a simple and flexible booking process depending on where you are in your treatment journey. Please follow the appropriate pathway below to ensure your appointment is scheduled correctly.

1. Existing Patients (Repeat Appointments)
If you have already been prescribed medication:

  • This ensures continuity of care and allows your doctor to review your current treatment plan efficiently

2. New Patients or Pre-Script Appointments
If you are new to Mediflora Organic, or have not yet received a prescription:

This pathway is designed for initial assessments and new patient onboarding.

3. Booking Support (Phone Appointments)
If you experience any issues booking online:

  • Our team can assist you in scheduling your appointment over the phone
  • Payment will be processed during the call when booking this way
