How does delivery work?

Following your script approval, Mediflora Organic provides flexible options for receiving your medication. Below is an overview of how delivery and pickup work through our service:

1. Home Delivery via Patient Portal
Once your prescription has been issued, you can arrange delivery directly to your door through your patient portal:

2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times can vary depending on several factors:

  • The dispensing pharmacy you select
  • Courier services used by that pharmacy
  • Your delivery address and location

As each pharmacy operates independently, estimated delivery speeds may differ between providers.

3. Pharmacy Pickup (Network Pharmacies)
If you prefer to collect your medication in person:

  • You can choose from networked pharmacies listed within your patient portal
  • Simply select a convenient location and follow the prompts for pickup

4. Non-Network Pharmacy Pickup (QR Code Scripts)
For pharmacies outside our network:

  • You can request your script QR code from our patient care team
  • This allows you to take your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice for dispensing

5. Delivery Support & Responsibility
Once your prescription has been dispensed:

  • The pharmacy and their courier provider manage the delivery process
  • Mediflora Organic does not have visibility or control over shipments post-dispatch
