What do I do if I am having an issue with shipping my natural health medication from the pharmacy?
Shipping issues with natural medication
Once your prescription has been issued, dispensing and shipping are handled entirely by the pharmacy. Please call the pharmacy if you have any issues.
Log into your patient portal at patient.medifloraorganic.com.au
Within the menu at the bottom Go To "Orders" select either Active or Past it should say which pharmacy sent your delivery. Please call them.
As a Prescribing clinic, we do not manage orders, all shipping issues are managed at the pharmacy level.
