What happens post-consult?

Below is an overview of the typical process and timelines for script release following your appointment:

1. Document Requests (if required)
During your consultation, the doctor may request additional documents (e.g. medical history, specialist letters, or test results) to support your treatment plan.

• These are sourced from external providers
• Estimated timeframe: 3–5 business days for documents to be returned to our clinic

2. Clinical Review
Once all requested documents have been received:

• Your case is reviewed by the prescribing doctor
• Estimated timeframe: 24–48 hours for assessment and decision

3. Script Release & Portal Access
If approved:

• Your prescription will be issued
• You will receive an automatic SMS with instructions to access your patient portal
• You can log in here: https://patient.medifloraorganic.com.au/login

From the portal, you’ll be able to view your prescription and next steps for dispensing.
