What if I go to my pharmacy and the product I have been prescribed is out of stock?

You may need to re-book an appointment for a rescript.

Mediflora would prefer that you go to one of our partner pharmacies as we know that they are most likely in stock, or can get stock in 24hrs. If you go somewhere else

If your product is unavailable at the pharmacy you chose:

  • You may need to wait for restock, or

  • Book a repeat consultation with the Doctor or Nursing Team to arrange a suitable alternative

Substitutions generally require clinical review - Pharmacies are not able to provide a substitution without approval from Mediflora.
