What is my prescribed medication is out of stock?

While we work with a wide network of pharmacies, stock availability can occasionally vary. If your prescribed medication is unavailable, here’s how to navigate the situation:

1. Check Availability Before Ordering
We strongly recommend calling your chosen pharmacy ahead of placing an order to confirm stock availability. This can help avoid delays and ensure a smoother dispensing process.

2. If Your Medication is Out of Stock
If the pharmacy does not currently have your prescribed item:

  • You may choose to wait for restock and place your order in advance, or
  • Request a refund, depending on the pharmacy’s policies

Stock timelines will vary between pharmacies, so they can advise you on expected restock dates.

3. Substitution Options (If Available)
In some cases, the pharmacy may offer a substitute product (e.g. a different brand with similar formulation and effect).

  • If this is an option, the pharmacy will contact Mediflora Organic directly
  • Any substitution must receive clinical approval from your prescribing doctor before it can be dispensed
