Where are my prescriptions?

If you’re wondering where your medicinal cannabis prescriptions are, the answer depends on where you are in the process.

Once your doctor has completed your consultation and approved your treatment, your prescriptions (scripts) are released directly to your secure patient portal. You can access them anytime at:
https://patient.medifloraorganic.com.au/

However, there are a couple of important reasons why your scripts may not yet be visible:

  • Pending documents: If your doctor has requested additional information—such as a health summary, discharge letter, or records from a previous clinic—your prescriptions will be held until these documents are received and reviewed. This is a standard compliance step to ensure safe and appropriate prescribing.
  • Substitution requests: If you’ve asked to substitute a prescribed product, please allow 24–48 hours for processing. This timeframe depends on how quickly the attending pharmacy can liaise with and receive confirmation from our clinicians.
  • External dispensing (outside our network): If you plan to use a pharmacy or clinic outside of our network, you’ll need a QR code version of your prescription. This can be arranged by contacting our patient support team.
